Add normal water in bowl and add urad dal in it and wait for 3 hours

After 3 hours soak the water and make a well paste of urad dal.

Add the paste in a big bowl and add 2 tablespoon of water.

Mix it well with hand And make it fluffy.

When the paste will become thick wet your hands with water.

Deep fry it on medium flame when it becomes golden brown took out from the pan.

Then add the bals in warm water and add some hing

When it becomes white soak out it properly from the water.

Then add some curd on the vada.

Then add all masala and add some namkeen.
