Great for a quick low carb lunch.
Steps

For baked chicken - thaw chicken or bake it while frozen following package instructions. You want it dry.

For grilled chicken - marinate in Italian dressing, grill on medium heat and add more Italian dressing as it grills, sprinkle with Lawry’s half way through the grilling process. Should be dry.

While chicken cooks, chop lettuce.

Let chicken cool a bit and slice into smaller pieces

Shake lettuce with dressing

Top with chicken and cheese
