Cut banana in pieces.add to blender

Add milk with sugar & illachi powder (any essence cn be used) I usually avoid sugar in shakes & juices as fruits are already sweet & we should make our taste buds familiar with natural flavours.you can add sugar acc to your taste.

Blend to smooth shake

Add icecubes.serve chilled
