Yeah! It's doughnut again. I love making doughnuts coz I substitute them for bread for breakfast with a cup of tea. As the name implies it's soft n fluffy.

Yeah! It's doughnut again. I love making doughnuts coz I substitute them for bread for breakfast with a cup of tea. As the name implies it's soft n fluffy.
Steps

Sift flour combine with powdered milk.

Dissolve sugar, salt & yeast and egg. Add to your dry ingredients

Wash your hands, mix and add little water if needed to form a soft n elastic dough
- 4
Rub in butter and knead you dough for like about 15min
- 5
Transfer to ur bowl, cover and keep in a warm place till double in size

Punch dough, knead again. Roll out dough use a round cutter to cut out the shapes

Or divide dough into several balls. Cover and let it rise again. Dust finger with flour and make a hole. Then fry over medium heat. I used both method

Note:feel free to add up any ingredients listed above like sugar especially if u are having a sweet tooth. 1/2 cup should do
