Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 persons
  • 125 gmbaby Lady Fingers
  • Salt
  • 1&1/2 tsp crushed red chillies
  • 1/4 tspUrad daal (white daal)
  • 1/4 tspkalonji
  • 1/4 tspRai
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspMethi dana
  • 6Curry patta
  • 6green chillies
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1&1/2 tbsp lemon juice or according to your taste buds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour oil in a pan. When oil become hot, take it out in a bowl and use it afterwards.

  2. 2

    Now add lady fingers and fry it in a low flame. When they become crunchy, take it out in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Now pour same oil in a pan, add Urad daal, kalonji, Rai, Methi dana, cumin seeds and Curry patta.

  4. 4

    When Urad daal changed it colour from white to red then add crushed red chillies, salt, green chillies, little bit of water and bhonofy it.

  5. 5

    Now add lady fingers, lemon juice and bhonofy it in a low flame till oil comes out.

  6. 6

    Dish it out, sprinkle Chaat Masala and few drops of lemon juice.

  7. 7

    Serve it hot with chapatis.
