First soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes

Now take a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients of making batter, add water and make a semi thick batter, and squeeze the water of soya chunks and mix in batter, and deep fry them and keep aside

Now heat a pan, add oil, then add onion and green chilli and salt then saute

Now add capsicum, and saute, add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and saute

Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix well, now add fried soya chunks and mix gently

Lastly sprinkle black pepper powder and mix well, now your soya chilli is ready to serve, serve hot
