First we need to soak split dal for 5 to 6 hours.

Grind in to the a coarse paste. Keep it aside.

Take a bowl put whole wheat flour, prepared paste and given all ingredients, 1tbsp oil mix it everything then add little by little water knead a stuff dough, cover and rest for 15 min.

Now take a lemon size portion of the prepared dough and make a ball shape then roll it and make a poori shape.

Then drop in it hot oil and deep fry until it becomes nice golden brown colour on medium heat.

Then transfer the plate.

With same process make these all pooris.

Now reduce the flame, and enjoy with aaloo tomato curry or tea.
