Cooking Instructions

In our first step cut lauki and potato in big parts then wash them,take onion,garlic and green chilli and spices keep aside.

In our second step prepare tadka,put oil in pressure cooker when oil become heat then add cumin seeds,red chilli,black pepper,black cardamom for ten seconds then add onion first when it will become light brown then add garlic cloves add lauki and potato and tomato mix them well.

Now we will add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,sabji masala,and salt according to taste,and add water 1-2 glass.Now we will close pressure cooker after 2-3 whistle open pressure cooker and garnish with coriander leaves.Now do pyaza is prepare to serve.we can eat with rice and chapati.
