Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 1/4lauki /bottle guard
  3. 1/2 tea spoonJeera / cumin
  4. 1 table spooncrushed black pepper
  5. 1/2 tea spoonsendha salt
  6. 3green chillies
  7. 1 table spoonlemon juice
  8. 2 table spoonchopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 cupsinghara aata /kuttu aata
  10. 1 table spoonghee
  11. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First of all green chillies, coriander leaves should be chopped. Bottle guard and boiled potatoes should be grated.

    Take a bowl pour aata, add two cup of water mix, well then add chopped green chillis, grated potatoes, bottle guard and coriander leaves.

    After then add black pepper, sendha salt, mix well and finally add lemon juice.

    Then take a pan, put one spoon of ghee then at medium level put this batter, cook five to seven minutes then, switch off the gas flame and keep out into plates.

    After cooking at room temperature, make small ball, dip into this kuttu aata paste and fry into oil at medium flame add keep out.

    Then serve with coriander chutney and cucumber raita.
