Heat oil add crushed garlic and cinnamon stick

Add chunks of onions and saute well
- 3
Add the pumpkin cubes and chopped tomatoes
- 4
Add salt to soften them and add soaked dal, which was soaked for 15min
- 5
Suate them till dal is scented

Add 3 cups water.. the ratio of dal and water will be 3:1

Hence, 3cup water 1 cup dal

Give it a boil and then simmer, seasoning should be added as per your choices

Add coriander stems and leaves, add gondhoraj leaves and cook for 2 min

Turn off the gas oven add gondhoraj lime juice then cool down the soup

Grind well,strain it and serve with burnt tomato slices,bread.
