Steps

Take eggs at room temperature and oil beat it with electric beater for 4 mins on med speed.

Add sugar and again beat until sugar is compute tly dissolved. Add vanilla essence.

Now sift maida, baking powder baking soda 2 to 3 times so that cake is nice and spongy.

Add half of the dry ingredients to wet and mix slowly add rest of the half and mix well

Mix the milk into the batter. Now grease a pan and pour the batter into it. Keep it for baking in a vessel layered with salt and preheated for 10 min.

Bake it for 35 mins. Let it cool down.

I have topped it with choco ganache and choco chips.
