For the Dough add all the dry ingredients then add the butter and mix then add in the egg and the water to form a rough dough close the bowl with a cling film and allow to rest in a fridge for 20-30 minutes.peel the potato and cut it to small cubes then cook until soft and keep it aside

For the fillings heat a little oil then add ginger paste and onions saute then add the beef add the the thyme,curry, Maggi cube and a pinch of salt then allow it to cook then add boiled potatoes then mix a little flour with water and add it into the fillings saute for 2 minutes then turn off the heat

Remove the dough from fridge cut a portion of the dough and flattened it to desired size I used meat pie cutter to shaped mine put the flattened dough onto the cutter add a spoonful of your fillings then add water to the edges and close repeat the process until you are done line your baking tray with patchment paper then preheat the oven and bake at 180° for 12-15 minutes
