  • 200ग्राम अंकुरित मठ
  • 100ग्राम अंकुरित काला चना
  • 100ग्राम अंकुरित सफ़ेद मटर
  • 1बडा टमाटर
  • 2बारीक कटी प्याज
  • 7-8कली लहसुन
  • 1इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा
  • 3खडी लाल मिर्च
  • 5-6काली मिर्च
  • 1चम्मच जीरा
  • 1चम्मच सौन्फ
  • 3चम्मच नारियल का बूरा
  • 1/2चम्मच हल्दी
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • 1नीम्बू
  • मिक्स नमकीन
  • धनिया पत्ती
  • 2बड़े चम्मच तेल
  • 1चम्मच धनिया पाउडर

    अंकुरित मठ,चना,मटर को कुकर में डाले,नमक और हल्दी डालकर 5 सीटी लेले।

    अब लहसुन,अदरक, मिर्च, जीरा,सौन्फ,काली मिर्च को सेंक ले,अब नारियल का बूरा डाले जब रंग बदल जाये तो गैस बन्द कर दे।ठंडा होने पर पीस ले।

    कढ़ाई मे तेल रखें,प्याज़ डाले सिक जाये फिर टमाटर डाले जो मसाला पीसा है वो डाले अच्छे से मिलये अब अंकुरित मठ,चना,मटर डाले उबाल ले

    कटोरी मे निकले, प्याज़,टमाटर, नमकीन डाले, नीम्बू का रस डाले गरम गरम पाव क साथ सर्व करे।
