Steps

Wash and boil the quinoa,add one cup water and salt,

Let it cook till tender, remove from fire and let it cool.

Wash and finely chop carrot, capsicum, beans, boil and mash the peas.

Add crumbled bread slices, above-mentioned spices and quinoa to the finely chopped veggies and mix well.

Oil your palm and take small portion of batter and give round shape or any desired shape.

Heat a pan add 2-3 spoons oil and cook the patties on medium slow flame until golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
