Steps

Wash and cut the bhendi into two pieces. Select the bhendi with small size and make two or three pieces in it.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the onions, tomatoes.saute for few minutes.

Now add the salt, turmeric, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, tamarind pulp.

Add the bhendi in it. Then add the rice flour and mix well.

Now add water in it and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Remove the pressure and add garam masala powder and kasuri methi.
