  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Tomato 1 sliced
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1.5 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspCumin and coriander powder
  • pinchAjwain
  • pinchKlonji
  • 1/4 tspHuldi
  • Capsicum 2 medium size
  • 3 tbspCooking oil

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Fry onion in oil, put ginger garlic paste then tomatoes fry it.

    Fry minced beef for 3 mins dont add water it's already in minced.

    Put all masala in it and cover it for 15 to 20 mins.

    Let the oil release then garnish serve it.
