Add yeast to warm water let it rise, add sugar and keep aside, when it rises add salt maida, oil then knead it well, cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.

Take small dough roll in roti and cook on both sides till half done.

Keep aside.

Take more dough roll a big roti thick one place in a greased non-stick pan cover it with cheese slices, cover the slices with small cooked roti, seal it with the big roti, now apply pizza sauce, garnish with topping of your choice garnish with grated cheese, cover and cook till the base is cooked and pizza melts, cook on low flame.
