Take a bowl add maida in it add dry ingredients like baking powder and soda mix it well then add ghee again mix it well.

Now make a dough with the help of water, we have to keep the dough little tight not like roti and paratha type.

Cover it and keep aside for 15 mins.

At this time let's make chasni or sugar syrup, take a thick pan add 500gm sugar and 2.5cup of water,for one string consistency.

Let's boil it and keep aside and add cardamom powder in it our chasni is ready.

Take a pan pour oil in it, we don't have to heat oil much, now shape your dough round just like Balushahi look like, now fry our Balushahi in very slow flame,when it turn golden from both sides,our Balushahi is ready.

Now fry all Balushahi like same and add in sugar syrup or our chasni for 5 mins.

Our Balushahi is ready to serve, garnish with some dry fruits.
