Rabri Mango rolls

Take a heavy bottom pan and heat milk. Boil It on medium flame keep stirring occasionally.

After 10-15 min add milk powder, cardamom powder saffron threads and sugar. Stir again and let the sugar dissolve.

Let it cook till milk become almost half. Take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

Now take bread pieces. Cut the edges.Flatten them with a rolling pin.

Wash and peel mango. Cut in small cubes
Now place the mango pieces on the bread slice and roll it carefully.

Place the rolled bread pieces and a serving dish and pour rabri over it generously so that bread soaks in the rabri.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits and some rose petals Refrigerate it to set for 15 -20 minutes. Then serve.
