Take oil in a pot add bay leaf then chopped onion turn into brown.

Then add tomato paste saute it and add ginger garlic paste then add haldi powder and green chilli paste cook it.

Now take boiled potato along with 2 tbsp of boiled chana and grind it into paste, add this paste into the pot and add cook it also add the chana.

Add the dhaniya powder and chat masala cook it then finally add garam masala when the dish is ready and Sprinkle kasoor methi. Temper it by taking 1 tbsp oil heat it and 5 to 6 dry chilli,. Garnish it with coriander. You may have it with kulcha or tandoori Nan or puri as you like
