Ingredients

  • Wheat
  • Beans
  • Yeast
  • Little salt or sugar depending on your taste
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the wheat chalf and grind your wheat with small quantity of beans

  2. 2

    Mix the grinded wheat and beans with water yeast

  3. 3

    Allow it to rise for one or two hours

  4. 4

    Add little tamarind juice and little potash extract and fry

  5. 5

    Serve with any soup of your choice
