Ingredients

  • 2 cupsSoaked sabudana (4-5hours)
  • 4-5Green chillies
  • 1/4 cupPeanut powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteRock salt
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a large kadai.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds green chilli fry it for min.

  3. 3

    Add sabudana peanut powder red chilli powder salt mix it well

  4. 4

    Cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Add sugar lemon juice to it.cook it for 2 mins

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with curd.
