This is a dal where 5 different lentils are used. Basically it's a marwadi cuisine. Combination of dals with spices.
Steps

Wash and soak the lentils separately. Then in a pressure cooker get 3 whistles.

Remove from the gas and allow the steam to release on it's own. Add the dry spices. Add salt. Boil it for 5 mins.

Now take a wok, heat ghee, crackle jeera, hing, green chillies, dry red chilli, garlic granules and grated ginger.

Pour the seasoning on the dal. Cook for another 5 mins or till it boils.

Switch off the gas, remove the dal in a serving bowl, add lime juice and garnish coriander leaves and serve with parantha/rice.
