Put the pan on medium flame after heating the pan put two tablespoons desi ghee after that mix jeera in it. Thereafter mix ginger, green chilli and onion. Don't overcook anything. Put turmeric, dhaniya and red chilli powder in this mixture.

After that Put capcicum(cut in medium size) in it and mix. After 5 mins mix sugar for colour brightness. Thereafter mix boiled potatoes cut in medium pieces.

At last mix tomato cut in small pieces without seeds. Your tasty aaloo-shimla is ready.
