First whisk the softened butter with powdered sugar till the butter and sugar gets combined. Add the eggs and whisk well. Add vanilla essence too.

Sieve the dry ingredients-all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add 1/2 cup milk to loosen the batter. Add boiling water mixed with coffee powder to enhance the chocolate flavour. Grease the baking tin and place a butter paper and pour the cake batter into the tin. Tap the tin to remove air bubbles.

Preheat the vessel for 10 minutes. Bake the cake by placing it in a vessel with an inverted plate and place the baking tin. Bake it for 40-45 minutes. Now the chocolate cake is ready!!! Allow to cool.

Whip the whipping cream with the hand blender to form stiff peaks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Apply on the cake. Then microwave white chocolate, 3 tbsps butter, 2-3 tbsps milk for 30-45 seconds. Stir well to dissolve the lumps. Pour it on the cake to form the white chocolate ganache. Decorate with gems chocolate.
