Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  1. Halfa mango(ripe)
  2. 3heaped tbsp instant oats
  3. 3/4th cup to 1 cup milk
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1 tspginger powder sub with 1tsp fresh grated ginger
  6. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  7. 1-2 tbsphoney
  8. Fruit, Nuts and seeds for toppings

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend everything except the toppings in a high speed blender. Serve immediately with toppings of your choice. I used chia seeds, activated charcoal, an orange slice, some more turmeric to make that lovely swirl, a pinch of coconut flakes, a cherry and some basil. Sluurp!!!
