Ingredients

  1. Smoothie
  2. 1/2 cupStrawberries
  3. 1/2Banana
  4. 1/2 cupPlain fatfree yogurt
  5. 1/2 cupAlmond milk
  6. 2 tbspoats
  7. 2 tbsphoney
  8. Toppings
  9. 1/2Banana sliced
  10. 1kiwi sliced
  11. 2 tbsppromegrante seeds
  12. 4-5Red grapes
  13. 1 tbspMix nuts Muselli
  14. 1 tspPeanut butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender

  2. 2

    If the mixture is having trouble blending, add more Almond Milk or water

  3. 3

    Blend until the smoothie is smooth.

  4. 4

    Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  5. 5

    Top with desired ingredients

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy!
