Ingredients

  • 1/2Coconut grated
  • 3Red Chillies
  • 2Garlic pods
  • 1/2 TbspRoasted ChanaDal
  • 1small piece of Tamarind
  • as per your taste Salt
  • as required Water
  • For tempering
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspBengal Gram Dal
  • 1/4 tspUrad Dal
  • as neededfew Curry leaves
  • 1Red Chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender add all the ingredients given above in 1st section and blend it by adding some water gradually.

  2. 2

    Transfer it to a bowl.In a tadka pan add the ingredients given for tempering and fry it. Add it to the chutney. Mix it.

  3. 3

    Now the Chutney is ready to serve with idlis and dosas.
