Wash and soak your white rice for 3 hrs

Rinse the soaked rice and add the cooked rice, yeast and baking powder and blend to form a smooth paste

Pour in a container and keep in a warm place for an hour or two

Afterwards add your sugar and stir

Place your pan (tanda) on fire

Grease with a little oil and scoop your batter

Fry on medium heat for 1-2 mins on each side

When it's brown take it out and serve while hot
