  • 1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  • 1 tbspRice flour
  • 1/2 tbspKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2Onion
  • 2Green chillies
  • As neededWater
  • As neededOil for deep frying
  • For temparing
  • 1 tbspGarlic cloves
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1/2 cupOnions chopped
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspTomato sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Smash all idlies and mix all ingredients make a small balls

  2. 2

    Deep fry in oil

  3. 3

    This step is same process like manchuria

  4. 4

    Last garnish with coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Serve in plates with tomato ketchup
