Ingredients

3bread slices
1 cupwhisk curd
3 tbsprava
1small onion finely chopped
1small tomato finely chopped

As neededTomato ketchup to serve with Bread Appe

Steps

Grind bread slices to make crumbs. Add in mixing bowl. Add whisk curd and mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Now add rava,mix and grind again in mixer jar to make smooth batter.

Transfer in mixing bowl. Add chopped vegetables, chillies, salt,mix well.

Grease appe pan cavities with oil. Put 1 tbsp of prepared bread- veggies batter in each cavity. Drizzle with little oil. Cover and cook till lower side turn crispy golden. Flip and cook until other lower side turn crispy golden.

Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Bread Appe with tomato ketchup.
