Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and "fry" the taters. I drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with cinnamon, paprika, and a little nutmeg.

Prepare your mise-en-place. Chop, clean, and dice everything up!

With a 1 tbsp of olive oil, massage the collards

Mix up your dressing! Jerk marinade, lemon, honey, garlic, olive oil, & water. In a small bowl whisk together

Marry your ingredients together in the bowl with the greens.

Slow pour "dressing" onto salad until desired..saturation.

Let it sit in the fridge until ready to serve or prep for the week and let it sit overnight!
Tips
Pair with some honey cornbread and your mouth will thank you!
