Steps

Take a wok put oil and ginger garlic paste in it

Fry it than add all veggies and saute it

Now add tomato puree and all spices in it

Bhunofy well than add little amount of water and cover with lid
- 5
After few minutes check veggies are cooked well and oil seperates
- 6
Garnish with green chillies green coriander and julian ginger
- 7
Serve with nan or chapati
