Dambun couscous
It’s a Northern delicacy so delicious and easy to make 😋😋
Steps

In a pot,add little oil,ginger and garlic paste,scotch bonnet,onions and fry for 3 to 5 minutes then add water, seasoning, salt and allow to boil then add the couscous and cook

Boil the moringa leaves and drain the water
- 3
Grind the groundnut cake
- 4
Transfer the cooked couscous to bowl
- 5
Add the moringa and mix then add some sliced tomatoes and onions
- 6
Adda the groundnut cake mix well and serve
