Choco dates balls

Easy and yummy they look so beautiful. I usually make for Eid trolly or parties and every one loves them even you can take them for friends and family instead of bazar ki mithai in baskets or boxes wrapped with transparent sheets and ribbon.
Ingredients are not fixed use according to need.

Easy and yummy they look so beautiful. I usually make for Eid trolly or parties and every one loves them even you can take them for friends and family instead of bazar ki mithai in baskets or boxes wrapped with transparent sheets and ribbon.

Cooking Instructions

Take out seeds from dates
- 2
Chop the nut corse (mota) with knife.
- 3
Fill nuts in each date
- 4
Form a ball of each date
- 5
In a bowl mix condenced milk and coconutto make a thick mixture.

Take enough mixture on palm and fold each date ball in it and make a firm ball. It's a bit messy apply little oil on hands.Make all dates balls and keep in fridge till firm

Melt white and brown chocolate in separate bowls

Dip and coat each ball in it carefully with a table spoon and take outon a plate lined with a plasteic sheet or cling.

Keep them in fridge to firm for few minutes

Take them out and decorate them with melted chocolate strips with a spoon or icing bag

Yummiest choco dates balls are ready I put them in paper cases to look more beautiful and presentable.
