My favorite baklava with peanuts. Everyone has their own taste.

Mix all the filling ingredients together and let it rest. The texture should be crumbly, like couscous.

Prepare the dough and divide it into 10 balls. Roll each ball out using cornstarch. Layer dough, then filling, then dough again. Cut into squares, decorate with dough flowers and a peanut on top, brush with clarified butter or ghee, and let it rest—preferably overnight. Then bake at 320°F (160°C) for 1 hour.

Pour honey over the baklava and cut it.
