Steps

Soak rice for 30 mins..in pressure cooker add rice and salt..3 to 4 whistle till rice get mashed.let it cool down for 5 to 10 mins.

After add thick curd and chopped green chilli to it..and pour a tempre on it..lastly spread some poodi masala on it. It gives crunchy test to curd rice..your super healthy, delicious and full of vitamin B12 curd rice is ready to serve..
