Steps

First clean/wash and cut the spinach into small pieces.

Then peel and cut the all potatoes into small pieces.

Set gas on high flame and put the pot on it and add 2 teaspoons of oil.

Add potatoes when oil is hot and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Take out the potatoes in a plate after 3 to 4 minutes.

Then put 1/2 teaspoon oil in the pot.

After the oil is hot, add onion, garlic, cumin, red chili, and green chilies and fry them a little.

After frying, add coriander powder, red chili powder, hing / asafetida, turmeric powder, salt as per taste,e and 1 teaspoon water and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then after 2 minutes, add tomatoes, spinach and fried potatoes and mix well and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.

Then turn off the gas when cooked.
