Miyar Taushe (Spinach Soup)
Steps

Boil the beef using spices, seasonings and onions.

Fry palm oil with onions, add in the boil meat and fry. Add blended mixture. Fry until its dried up.

Add in beef broth and adjust seasoning. If necessary add in water and allow to boil. Add in the groundnuts and allow to cook for some minutes. Lastly add in the sliced onions and spinach. Allow to steam and serve

The soup can be served with any swallow of your choice or with masa or sinasir
