  1. Potatoes, cut into chips without peeling
  2. Rosemary powder
  3. Black pepper
  4. Tandoori masala

    Mix the chips with the spices, as much as you want.

    Add salt to taste. Careful with the amount - it is easy to oversalt if you season before frying.
