  • Potatoes, cut into chips without peeling
  • Rosemary powder
  • Black pepper
  • Tandoori masala

    Mix the chips with the spices, as much as you want.

    Add salt to taste. Careful with the amount - it is easy to oversalt if you season before frying.

    Deep fry and enjoy.
