Suji halwa is a very tasty sweet dish that is very common and popular all over India. Everyone likes it. This is very simple recipe to make. This is a perfect option for babies. It Can be made in the evening or in breakfast. Many people make it as prasad.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add rava and fry on a low flame till it becomes pinkish red. Keep sauteing with a spoon or else burning smell will come.

Mix milk and water. Keep stirring with a spoon on a low to medium flame. Add sugar and cardamom powder. The pudding will dry up in a while. Turn off the gas. Transfer into bowl and serve with dry fruits.
