Knead the dough ingredients together until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the pastry oil dough ingredients until combined, then divide into 15-gram portions.

Mix the filling ingredients well and divide into 10 equal portions.

Divide the rested dough into 10 pieces, each about 50 grams. Wrap each piece of dough around a portion of the pastry oil dough. Roll into a ball, then use a rolling pin to flatten into a long strip and roll up. Repeat this process twice. Cover with a damp paper towel and let rest for 20 minutes.

Flatten each dough piece into a circle, wrap with a portion of filling, and pinch to seal with the seam side down. Brush the tops with sugar water and coat with white sesame seeds.

Bake at 430°F (top heat) and 390°F (bottom heat) for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
