Cooking Instructions

Take 1 cup maida 2 spoons, besan powder,half spoon salt, turmeric powder, hing and mix well.. add warm oil and mix and knead the dough by adding little water like puri dough..and keep aside for half and hour

Stuffing: grind all the ingredients given above and grind into fine powder..

Now take dough and roll into thin chapathi.. spread tamarind paste on it.. spread the above stuffing on it evenly... apply some water all over the sides and roll tightly..

Now cut into small pieces equally.. and tap once and keep aside..

Keep oil in a pan and deep fry the bakarwadi pieces in a low flame to golden brown colour..

Crispy bakarwadi snack is ready for eveng tea time...
