Try this super easy time-consuming recipe and also with very few ingredients

Soak moong daal for 4 hrs or overnight.

Drain excess water.

In a mixture jaar, add the soaked moong daal, ginger, garlic and turmeric and salt in it.

Grind it without adding water.

Transfer the batter in a bowl.

Add in chopped onions, coriander and mix well.

Heat a kadai and add oil.

Deep fry like pakoras(the batter isnt sticky...but if you find it so, then just wet your ✋)

Serve hot with ketchup or pudina chutney

The batter can also b made by adding equal qnty of moong dal, tur daal, masur dal, udrad daal and chana dal.
