Cooking Instructions

Pat dory with kitchen towel until completely dry. Coat both sides with flour, tap excess
- 2
Heat non stick pan/grill, add little oil. Pan fry dory approximately 2 mins per side, or until a bit charred
- 3
For sauce, cut tomato and remove the center part so that the sauce doesn’t get too watery, finely diced. Add all the sauce mixture together. Heat the oil in pan until hot, pour into the sauce mixture. Season with salt, sugar, stock powder to taste
