Puff filled with custard cream.
Steps

Boil the one cup of water with butter. When it is boiling and butter was totally melted then add maida and continuously stirring to make a dough.

Add egg into the dough one by one when it become warm and make a medium thick consistency. Pour the batter in piping bag.

Pour small quantity of batter on the silicon mat a little distance. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes at 180 degree. Cool and keep in a airtight container.

Boil the milk with sugar and keep in side. Whisk the egg yolk with adding of cornflower and make a smooth paste. Add this egg paste in warm milk and mixed it properly. Again put this pan on the gas and stirring cook. It become thick like custard, remove from the gas. Add vanilla essence. Put one cling film on the top of the custard and keep for cool.

Add wipped cream in the cool custard and beating to make it fluffy. Pour custard cream in the piping bag.

Now cut the top of the each puff and pour some custard cream. Reset the puff top on the cream and sprinkle some tutti fruiti.
