Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1big Egg
  • Pepper, onion,tomato
  • Seasoning and spices+garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes slice it vertically and soak it inside water,then sieve it and put little salt in it

  2. 2

    Deep fried it over medium heat till golden brown

  3. 3

    Slice all the stew ingredients and put little oil in a pan,put seasonings and spices,and be stirring it gradually, live it for 10min.slice another onion and put it inside.and live it for 3 min

  4. 4

    Get your clean bowl and break your egg,put little ginger and onion inside,then pour it inside that your source and stir it,live it for 5 minute then your egg source is ready.
