Ingredients

40 minutes
8 servings
  1. 1/2 packetnoodles
  2. 1carrot Julian
  3. 1capsicum Julian
  4. 1 cupcabbage julian
  5. 1lemon
  6. 4 Tbssczuan sauce
  7. 4 Tbscorn flour
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the noodles and let it cool in cold water. And drain them and make them dry.

  2. 2

    Now coat our noodles with corn flour and deep fry them.

  3. 3

    In a bowl put these fried noodles and crush these crispy noodles.

  4. 4

    Now add carrots, capsicum and cabbage and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add sczuan sauce and mix and at the last squeeze half lemon in it.

  6. 6

    Mix well and serve this crispy tasty bhail.
