If you happen to mistakenly buy a red wine which isn’t to your taste, why not make something creative out of it 🍹🥰?
Cooking Instructions

Cut the kumquat/lime into halves and squeeze the juice out
- 2
Mix the red wine, apple vinegar with honey/syrup, stir well
- 3
Add the kumquat and fresh orange juice to the mixture. Adjust your desirable sweet and sour balance with extra honey/syrup, stir well
- 4
Crush the mint leaves and add to a glass with ice
- 5
Pour the drink into the glass and serve, enjoy 🧊🍹
