Ingredients

  1. Dried fish
  2. 1/4kilo of meat
  3. Seasoning
  4. Ginger
  5. Garlic
  6. G/nut patse
  7. 5scotch bonnet
  8. 6tomatoes
  9. Large onion
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Precook the meat

  2. 2

    Sauté blended tomatoes onions and pepper

  3. 3

    Add water precooked meat dried fish salt and allow to cook

  4. 4

    Add the roselle leave and g/nut paste and allow to cook for few minutes
